Building Assessment Services

Building Repair Services

Structural Design Services

We provide required structural engineering services for our Building Repair and Facility Renovation projects. Our focus is on providing engineering design as part of a package of services aimed at meeting our Client’s needs and expectations. Project success is ultimately attained by clearly understanding the project scope, timelines, and budget constraints. Traditional design approaches do not always meet the needs of all stakeholders, often “according to Code” but at the Client’s expense.

Our process-based approach, delivered as Project Management Professionals (PMP®), highlights the key project objectives of time, cost and quality – Customer Satisfaction – in meeting the needs of all project stakeholders.

Truman Engineering Services unique analytical skill set ensures structural solutions that are cost effective, constructible and realize the design intent. Our design successes range from 5,000sf timber frame cottages to unite home construction, to 6 story condo in light gauge steel.

Energy Based Retrofit Services

Truman Engineering Services is included in the National Research Council’s (NRC) Energy Management Services Directory on the Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) Web site. Our facility life-cycle approach is founded in sound financial planning, beginning with your reserve fund plan. We save building owners money by combining:

All projects are evaluated on an ROI basis, turning projects that are otherwise direct costs into savings opportunities.
