The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) group works closely with internal user groups to ensure the sufficient and timely provision of premises and facilities to meet business requirements.
Their Need / Issue
Critical Facilities identification, status, protection. Business needs, demand forecasting to ensure sufficient and adequate facilities are available to support business-critical operations, including business recovery planning. Disaster Recovery, both technical and to enable key personnel to maintain banking operations.
Our Service
Working directly for VP, Corporate Real Estate, Truman developed a Strategy Statement, Policy & Standards Manual, including Critical Infrastructure Design and Maintenance policies. We also reviewed the engineering assessment of current facilities; developed rankings in accordance with industry standards for facility Uptime; and assessed migration plans developed by the major end-user group. Key to this exercise was a bank-wide review of all departmental processes and requirements as it related to Business Resumption Planning.
Jeff brought his in-depth knowledge of Critical Infrastructure Protection developed leading up to and in the wake of September 11, 2001. This work included the delivery of a new backup data centre for TD Securities, Critical Infrastructure Protection Standards, and a Premises and Facilities Management System. Reference Letter

CRE personnel improved their overall knowledge and understanding of Critical Facilities and the associated techniques to ensure sufficient supply of business-critical premises and facilities.
