Their Need
First Data required a doubling of their existing head office space and a resolution to issues brought on by their initial premises build-out. Because of these issues the Landlord required a fully permitted build-out, which included architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design and construction services. Existing operations needed to be maintained and fully moved for the final re-organization. Individual and corporate design requirements, including IT specialties needed to be understood and delivered to the designers. Budget management to address information not available to the head office in the USA.
